Ontario Wedding by Renaissance Studios

You may want to pull up a cozy chair and get comfy because this stunning fete will have you so mesmerized that you won’t be able to do anything but stare (and drool) at these gorgeous images from Renaissance Studios. Every detail is so sweet and beautiful, including the florals, collected and arranged to perfection by Les Fleurs Floral Boutique. It’s hard to say what my favorite part of this wedding is but it’s definitely a toss up between the welcome table with the eccletic mix of vases and bottles and a recipe box guest book and the all out romantic images of this adorable bride and groom. From the bride… Our wedding planning started with booking our venue and we took our inspiration from it. The golf course was minutes from our home and was rustic and elegant, yet casual and comfortable … and very much us. We loved the field stone fireplace, the  wood floors, vaulted ceiling and wooden beams. And the beautiful golf course and gorgeous surrounding natural trails were a collective bonus.

We tried to DIY as many details as we could and looked to Etsy for handmade items when we couldn’t. Lisa at Les Fleurs put together our simple yet stunning bouquets and boutonnieres and provided the bulk flowers for the centerpieces and decor tables for the reception. We planted coleus plants to adorn the massive fireplace mantle and cut and hemmed burlap fabric for table runners. Other DIY items included the wedding favors (rosemary-infused sea salt) and tags, the “recipe book” guest book, invitations, table numbers, menu cards, and — my favorite project — the seating chart made from a reclaimed window. The adorable cake topper, the girls’ jewelry and robes, the guys’ cuff links and my veil all came from Etsy. Petia and Chris from Renaissance Studios Photography did a fabulous of capturing the beauty and love that surrounded our wedding day.
