Last night it snowed, then rained, then everything froze which means this morning is a sea of snowy, icy muck here in Boston. Fun, right? This also means that a sunny lakeside wedding is just what the Doctor ordered. The minty green details infused in this lakeside soiree are right on par with our idea of summery perfection. We can almost feel the warmth. Melissa Andre Events crafted all of the goodness and Mango Studios swooped in to snap all the pretty images. It’s a Canadian Dream team if we ever saw one and they have many a gorgeous picture to prove it right here.

From Melissa of Melissa Andre Events… Pink and green and pretty all over, this wedding was the perfect celebration for two of the loveliest clients I’ve ever had. Caleigh and Steve met at summer camp years ago and on the day of the wedding, she surprised her hubby-to-be with a groom’s cake she decorated herself. Being a lover of all things pink, she picked out a Barbie topper for their wedding cake and these two hues were echoed in all of the irresistible details.
The nods to Camp Tanamakoon, where they met, carried through the decor with personalized C + S campfire matches and beautiful floral pennant strings. Pink lemonade was served as a refreshing welcome cocktail and bottles of beautifully custom-wrapped water were available all night for thirsty guests. Adorable childhood photos in mismatched frames from their home sat on all of the mantels and cocktail tables, warming the entire space. Months were spent collecting beautifully unique vases in varying shades and shapes for all of the lush peonies and pastel garden roses, which really made the space sparkle with beautiful details while maintaining a cozy atmosphere.
If there was a word to describe this perfectly romantic and refreshing summer wedding on the water, it would be lovely — and this couple deserves nothing less.

No surprise Melissa pulled together another beautiful party. Well done. I love the bride's bouquet.
The Hunt Club, one of the most beautiful venues by Lake Ontario on the outskirts of Toronto. I LOVE shooting there, fantastic light in the late afternoon!
Andreas
Thanks guys. It was a lovely one to work on :)
The bride's bouquet is lovely!
Caleigh ...you and Steve had a great vision and did a wonderful job with the help of Melissa & Mango studio's. It was very memorable!! Press like this really makes all the effort worth while!!
Beautiful wedding. Just wondering what the pink cocktails are made of. It'd be the perfect color for my wedding.
Who makes these bridesmaids dresses?
Gorgeous bride, they look so happy! Love the dress!!! Would love to know the designer?
Does anyone know where those dresses are from?? They are exactly what I'm looking for for my wedding!
Hi Brooke! I believe they are the Arabelle dress from J.Crew
Oh bummer, if that is the dress then they don't have the color anymore!
Oh bummer! If that is the dress, then it looks like they do not have that sea foam color anymore!
@Larissa, @Steph, @ERS, @Brooke: I've sent an email to Melissa Andre to find out about the cocktail and the dresses. Hopefully we'll hear back soon. Thanks for reading!
Thanks for your kind words! The bridesmaid dresses are J.Crew. The style is Arabelle & the colour is Wintermint. We purchased them last spring so I’m not sure that the colour is available any longer. My dress was Watters & the cocktails were just a simple pre-bought pink lemonade that the venue supplied with a dash of vodka! : )
Hi lovelies.
Caleigh got to this before I did and answered all of your questions :)
I'm glad you love the wedding. It was beyond adorable :)
THanks! Lovely wedding :) Congrats :)
Just out of curiosity, what's it like ordering BM dresses through Jcrew? It's catalog/internet only so was it concerning not know how it would look on the girls before pulling the trigger and making the order? We've been trying on dresses in shops and the look great online but then on the girls they're not what they looked like.
