San Francisco is one of my favorite cities in the world.  It is urban and romantic, sophisticated with layers upon layers of history, chic and playful.  This wedding by Plum Events in the city by the bay encapsulates the multifaceted personality of the city that the bride and groom both live in and adore.  Set in one of the city’s finest restaurants, it just goes to show that you don’t need a quaint backyard or glittering ballroom to have an utterly romantic and enchanting event.  Click here to see even more!

Sophisticated chic set the mood for the reception of San Francisco attorney’s Shannon & Joel at Quince Restaurant in San Francisco.  Situated in the Jackson Square neighborhood, Quince Restaurant is housed in a 1907 historically landmarked brick and timber building. NY Times and Food & Wine gave Quince the grandest nod of all – the top dining experience in San Francisco.

With Shannon & Joel’s love for quintessential San Francisco and fine food and wine, Plum Events transformed the brick and timber space in the historic Barbery Coast district to modern and chic design, balanced with femininity and warmth. Plum Events illuminated the beauty of the stellar space with silver, blush and white accents that infused the dramatic space with romance. Lush peonies, sweet peas and lisianthus overflowed in each setting designed by Sharla Flock Designs.  The room was illuminated by candlelight – pillar candles and votives created an intimate setting that reflected the romance of Shannon and Joel’s love story. Ever Music set the stage with jazz, and big band music.
