There’s one universal truth in the wedding world and it’s that every bride dreams of wearing her wedding dress again. And that’s why we’re huge fans of day after sessions, especially when they’re as pretty as this one by This Love of Yours…Photography. Inspired by the bride’s favorite movie, The Notebook, it’s all things pretty, romantic and just all around lovely. See it all right here.
From This Love of Yours… Photography… Elaine and Tim wanted a day-after session that was soft and dreamy where they could get back into their wedding outfits in a more relaxed setting. Actually, Tim wore a cream-colored suit on his wedding day, but having this session gave him another opportunity to wear something he thought looked even better.
From the Bride… I wanted to wear my dress one more time but I knew I didn’t want a “trash the dress” session, so we came up with a vintage-type/love-inspired session. I wanted a fun, cute, romantic, shoot with vintage props in an open field and lots of nature light. I think I love the movie “The Notebook” so much that the shoot was centered around that idea. I loved the way it all turned out, from the location, to the outfits and the tiny details. Best of all, it was fun, relaxing and just so simple.
