There is something about a wedding under the stars that gets me every.single.time. Photography extraordinaire Chelsea Elizabeth sent us this little Los Angeles number and it has all the makings for an alfresco fave: outdoor festivities at Cafe Pinot, bright and beautiful florals by Holly Flora, one of my favorite Melissa Sweet dresses and lots and lots of love in the open air. Yes, this one is definitely a keeper and you all can bookmark the heck out of it in the full gallery.

From Chelsea Elizabeth Photography… Sara and Evan’s wedding was a vintage wedding held at Cafe Pinot and Maquire Gardens. Getting ready portraits were taken at the Checkers Hilton. We did a first glance in Downtown LA at the Library. Couples portraits were taken at Union Station and the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The Wedding and Reception were held at Cafe Pinot and Maguire Gardens.
I love the old LA vibe of the wedding. They had old typewriters at the sign in table. The centerpieces were made of old books, vintage flower pots, and loose roses. The menu’s were framed in old gold frames. The groom did all of the lighting. The ceremony was a traditional twilight Jewish ceremony under a white hoopa in downtown LA. During the dinner they had old movies playing on the wall of the LA Library.

Aww!!! Her dress is so pretty.
Love their chuppah! I'm going to the gallery to see if I can spy me some cake!
What a lovely wedding!
Beautiful! So many great little details!
What pretty flowers! Love the last two images with all the string lights too.
So lovely. Where can one find those cute chic table numbers?
Love the BM dresses! Does anyone know where they're from?
I love the antique pitcher used as a vase! The combo is stunning.
Love all the vintage details!
this is such an extravagant and lavish wedding. So beautiful. I love it so much. I'd love to shoot portraits at the Walt Disney Concert Hall! I had the opportunity to shoot some at Frank Gehry's millenium park in Chicago. I'd be a dream to collect more of his locations in my wedding work. Thanks for sharing. This is a beautifully created day!
The floral for this wedding is exquisite -- wow.
what a lovely wedding, i love the typewriter! also, is it just me or is the groom a dead ringer for charlie day (from IASIP)?!
Gorgeous wedding! The table numbers look like numbers attached to vintage books; did you make those yourself? Was also curious who did the bridesmaids dresses?
Lovely details! My fave is the books as table numbers:-)
So so pretty! Love seeing LA weddings that aren't the typical Malibu beach wedding (not that those aren't pretty too!). Love the florals, the bride's Melissa Sweet gown, and the old movies playing on the wall!
Where are the bride's earrings from? They're absolutely stunning!!!
I am continually enchanted by the wedding typewriters. Do people usually use them to write messages to the Bride and Groom or are they decorative?
seriously stunning wedding!
What a beautiful wedding! I love (of all things) the hue the bride chose for her nails. And: 'Arsenic and Old Lace'? One of the last things I'd expect to find at a wedding - but it delights me nonetheless!
Adorable wedding! Love the shots at the Disney Music Hall and Union Station.
