Brooke Keegan always manages to hand-craft the most STUNNING affairs. The kind of affairs that we mull over long after they make their SMP debut and this particular wedding has us wishing everyday was a sunshiny Santa Barbara day. Not to mention, the gorgeousness that is every.single.image captured by Beaux Arts Photographie. Oh pretty, pretty pictures + the California coast + one lovely wedding = BLISS. Janet and Mark wanted to celebrate their special day with their closest friends and family. After searching for the perfect venue from Santa Barbara to San Diego, they decided on the gorgeous Bacara Resort. When I first met with them, they told me photography was the most important detail of the day. After describing the style and feel that they wanted, I referred them to the talented Kirsten Ellis of Beaux Arts Photographie. Kirsten captured the day beautifully and the couple couldn’t be happier. For the ceremony, we kept it very simple since we had such an amazing backdrop. Camilla Svenson Burns used catches of lavender to line the chairs and a small garden cart for the sand ceremony. Sparrow Lane Ensemble played the strings during the ceremony. For the reception, we decided on one long family style table so that everyone felt that they were a VIP – which they were. Janet wanted to make sure to incorporate lavender, as Bacara has their own lush lavender fields on property. Each place setting has a sachet of lavender and a hand calligraphers place card. We used beautiful mercury votives and vessels for the white florals that went down the center of the long dining table. We strung bulb lights above to create light and ambiance. Mark is in the music industry and had a good friend and professional disc jockey, DJ 4Tify spin music throughout the evening. They had Photobooth Scrapbooks set up so that their guests could use the photo booth throughout the evening – it was a complete hit. There was also a surprise performance where the Groom serenaded the Bride – there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. It was also important for Janet to pay respect to her late Father, so we had a reserved seat in the front row for him and instead of the Father/Daughter Dance, she danced with her mom to Luther Vandross’ “Dance with My Father Again.” It was so touching!

Thank you so much for all the kind comments - I will contact Janet, the bride, to have her post exactly where everything is from, but as of now, this is what I know...
Robes: Plum Pretty Sugar, www.plumprettysugar.com
Heart Necklaces: A vendor from Etsy, www.etsy.com

Brooke
Beautiful wedding! Do you remember which Etsy vendor sold the heart necklaces? Adorable!
Wow- this is so incredibly elegant and gorgeous!
Wow. The setting were beautiful. My dream wedding is always outside but will could not get it come true (year around allergy). I remembered I was a bridesmaid for a friend. Her wedding was outside and I barely made it. Anyways, the dress is beautiful and as always, your blog are awesome. Thanks for the amazing post.
Goodness! Such a beautiful wedding. Brooke Keegan is absolutely fabulous! Such gorgeous, gorgeous work.
So many congratulations to the couple.

I just got engaged and am getting married in August and planning a wedding just like this! My ceremony is on the beach at the Hotel Del Coronado followed by a backyard reception! I even tried on dresses similar to hers earlier today! I love love this wedding! So intimate, classic, laid back and beautiful.
Hi everyone! Thank you so much for the wonderful comments :) To answer your questions so far...
• The wonderful Tara Picquelle from Vera Wang on Melrose helped me find my dress. It’s the Audrey from their Luxe Collection. Any brides in Southern California you have to go see Tara! She is amazing and will help you find a beautiful dress for you.
• I found my bridesmaid dresses on Jcrew.com. My maid of honor wore Cecelia and the rest of the gals wore the Sophia. My bracelet and earrings are also from J Crew
• Calligrapher Xandra Y Zamora did the signage and name cards that were attached to the lavender sachets
• The Santa Barbra totes were done by Tracy from Lazaro Press in Santa Barbara
• Invitations were done by the amazing Letterpress Bella Figara http://www.bellafigura.com/
• I did the calligraphy on the envelopes. This was a combination of ghosting the names and addresses with my HP printer and inking with Japanese calligraphy pens
I was fell in love with Etsy and found the necklaces, lavender bags, and photobooth props here :)
• The heart necklaces are from Etsy -Moncadeau. I gave these to each of my bridesmaids with their first initial on each...
• I am in love with lavender and the muslim bags stamped with love are from Etsy's Flirtdeux. I found lavender buds on www.amazon.com by the Encahted Wilderness…Catey 13
• Brooke from Little Retreats made the wonderful fun photobooth props
Camilla's also absolutely amazing! http://www.camillaflowers.com/

LOVE the plum pretty sugar robes!!
I love the pearl necklaces in the first photo - does anyone know where those are from? If they are from etsy, who is the designer? Thanks!
Absolutely stunning wedding, congratulations! Random question, why does one bridesmaid only have 1 shoe?
Beautiful wedding! Love the dress, and the earrings too. Anyone know where to get those earrings, or something similar? Thanks!
Wow everything looks so perfect, i wish my wedding reception looked remotely like that.
I absolutely love all the details! I'm crazy about lavender so I adore the bouquet by default :)
