Good Morning lovelies. Your hump day is about to get a whole lot better. We have a TON of real weddings coming your way in a plethora of styles for your viewing pleasure. But with sooo many weddings and so little time in the day, we can only show you a snippet of the goodness. Remember to click on the gallery for the whole pretty package.
Up first is a wedding held at one of the most beautiful venues we’ve ever laid eyes on – San Francisco City Hall. We have seen tons of gorgeous affairs at this spot but none quite like this. Photographed by phenom Lindsay Docherty, this is the sort of wedding that fairytales are made of. See more of City Hall’s jaw-dropping architecture and all of the pretty festivities in the full gallery.

Jessica Leao and Cassidy Zerrer were married on October 10 at one of California’s most sought-after and elegant venues, San Francisco City Hall. Inspired by Jessica’s dream of an “enchanted fairytale” with “lots of crystals” and a pink and gold-toned palette, Maxine and her talented team created a magical evening. The dramatic Rotunda was a natural choice for the ceremony with its French Renaissance-style Beaux Arts architecture and beautiful dome soaring more than 300 feet overhead. The arches into the Rotunda were accented with antique gold silk drapes and golden chiavari chairs awaited guests along with individual ceremony programs and silk-bagged pieces of Chinese jade in a nod to Jessica’s heritage. A gold-bordered fuchsia aisle runner marked the path to the ceremony area on the landing of the Grand Staircase, beautifully defined by ten foot “trees” stunningly bedecked in mosses, lichens, clusters of pink and red blossoms and swaged with crystal garlands.
Immediately following the ceremony, guests were invited up to the Mezzanine for cocktails and a variety of delectable butler-passed hors d’oeuvres from Paula Le Duc Fine Catering (see attached menu). In between drinks and nibbles, guests wrote heart-felt wishes to the couple, dropping the notes into an antique Chinese traveling trunk. While Jessica and Cassidy celebrated with their guests, the Rotunda was transformed from a ceremony setting to a dramatic dining environment, with round tables draped in Confetti Fuchsia Swirl linens and accented with antique gold candled centerpieces surrounded by pink-toned roses, mosses and a whimsical sprinkling of oversized crystals. Additional personalized touches included custom-printed table numbers and individual flower blossoms at each placesetting atop napkins folded around decorative dinner menus. Once the Rotunda was reset, Jessica and Cassidy led everyone downstairs for a delicious seasonal dinner. Several dances and touching family toasts punctuated the dinner service. After dinner and ready to dance, guests followed Jessica and Cassidy into the adjacent North Light Court, transformed into the “Pink Crystal Ballroom,” complete with 24’ tall crystal columns and drapes, crystal chandeliers, a hip pink lounge and desert buffet, with everything bathed in sexy pink lighting – of course! Shortly thereafter, Jessica changed into a traditional Chinese cheongsm dress, although hers was in non-traditional hot pink. Once she returned, Jessica’s dad sang a special song to the couple while silk flower petals fell from the ceiling. Everyone had such a great time, enjoying the après-dinner treats at the buffet, and dancing and playing with the band for hours. As the festivities concluded, remaining guests joined Jessica and Cassidy back in the magnificently lit Rotunda for one last dance to Tony Bennett’s “I Left My Heart in San Francisco.” A magical evening was enjoyed by all…exactly as Jessica wanted.

cheongasm - BEST typo ever. *LOL*
SMP Editor, take note: Should be spelled "cheongsam".
I love how the bride DIDN'T choose a dress that was ridiculously over sized just to fill the space of her venue... LOVELY
Wow, you barely need anything but lighting in that gorgeous venue! I was so into the architecture that I barely noticed the wedding details. I went back & notices the details were just as lovely.
WOW! What an amazing venue! So many beautiful pictures, simply amazing! I love the brides dress! Perfect for the venue, she stands out so beautifully but never looks like she's trying to compete with the room. The veil is perfect and the food/dessert looks delicious! All of this is WAY over my budget though, lol.
Stunning venue!
