Oscar and Abby sitting in a tree….K-I-S-S-I-N-G. I swear to you, if I could marry the gown from this next wedding, I totally would. It’s Oscar de la Renta done SO right and the bride is rocking it. Seriously rocking it. Yep, the wedding is beautiful in all its elegance and style, but really…it’s that dress that has my heart going pitter patter. Thank you to the fabulous Kim Fox for photographing it so beautifully. Click here to see even more pics of the amazing dress (and the amazing wedding).

Am I right? Is that not THE most beautiful gown you’ve ever laid eyes on? I know, I know. Crazy gorgeous. A little bit of additional detail…Megan and Edan tied the not in Los Angeles at the Greystone Mansion with the reception at nearby Il Cielo Restaurant. Since Edan is from Israel, the pair decided to host a traditional Orthodox Jewish ceremony including many of the Jewish traditions such as the Bedeken (the veiling) and the Yichud. Kim Fox was the photographer behind these gorgeous images and if you thought the ones above were beautiful, wait until you see the full wedding.
From Kim Fox…
Megan Frank moved all the way from New York to Orange County for her then boyfriend, now husband, Edan Bar-Lev. The couple currently live in Beverly Hills with their 8-month old Cacapoo puppy, Rugby, while Edan owns construction company, Do It Right Remodeling and Megan works in fashion. The wedding was on a perfect bright blue sunny day with the ceremony taking place in the gardens of Greystone Estate. Transportation was provided to take the guests to the elegant, romantic Italian garden restaurant, where the reception was held.

Do weddings like this really exist in real life? Man I would like to be invited to one. So stunning, and those shoes are Amazing with a capital A.
I adore this gown and we have in our boutique! So stunning and chic.....
Make your appointment to try on the gown with l'atelier couture bridal boutique. 651.602.9492
I love this wedding! I MUST know more about these shoes!
ekkk! J'adore those shoes!
My guess on those shoes is that they are actually Christian Louboutin, but that the bride had them custom painted with the blue sole, rather than the signature red. it is a service that Louboutin provides for brides (at least I know they used to). They are divine!
The bride looks absolutely amazing: the hair, the dress, and my favorite...the Loubs! Nothing can beat those shoes! I love the simple elegance of this wedding; nothing too fancy, but it's beautiful all the same.
You're spot on, they're Louboutins. The style is Studio.
Beautiful wedding! Anyone know where the bridesmaid dresses are from?
I'm totally with you on the dress! It's beautiful! The text says the bride works in fashion so I guess that's how she got such an expensive dress? Either that or her family is just blessed!
I also love the dress, but cringe to think how much it cost! As Chaucee said, maybe she got a deal through her fashion industry contacts!
Are the bridesmaids dresses from one designer or were they picked by the bridesmaids separately? Love them!
I know they're your wedding shoes and all, but those CLs are far to fab to never wear again...maybe she got 2 pairs of them. What a gorgeous, fresh and chic wedding! Dying over the dress, as well...that flirty waist flap!? I can only hope it's concealing a pocket...
Where did she find that cute monogrammed hoodie?
Where do I find those shoes???? They are perfect!
I think CL make blue soled shoes for a limited time....Don't think you can get them anymore unless you have them dyed on your own...but so to die for!!!
The photographs of the bride getting ready are lovely, where did she get ready before the wedding?
Oh - and the hair was done by the great and wonderful Byron of Byron Williams Salon on Civic Center Drive in BH. Amazing....
So beautiful and classic! I especially love the portraits of the bride.
id also love to know the details on the hoodie and pants with the last name and est. on it :) so cute
OMG!! Killer dress! Total prettiness!!! =)
whose is the designer of the wedding dress...its beautiful!!!
Please tell me who the designer is for the bridesmaid dress, last on the left!
Possibly the most beautiful gown I've ever seen...
this gown is to DIE FOR!
Love Love Love the dress! It looks great on her too. But I think my favorite are the shoes!
What a beautiful wedding. Gorgeous. She must have had such a blast putting together.
Thank you all so much for the really sweet comments - already told you about the hair and makeup - Byron Williams here in LA.
The shoes - ugh, to die. Yes - they are Studio....Studio120 in Ivory. I got them at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills. I did have the bottoms painted from Pasquale's- a bit pricey, but experts - when I have them dyed back, they will look just fabulous with a pair of jeans and white tank....
I am continuing in efforts to answer all of the questions.....The bridesmaid dresses....They were actually the choice of each girl....all I told them was that they had to look their most beautiful and wear something long and solid black - anything else goes. They were amazing- they looked the most beautiful....love those girls....
The dress. Oh, the dress. I love that dress - Oscar de la Renta - from his spring 2010 runway look #11. It is absolutely exquisite. It was comfortable, powerful, sexy, perfect for me - I adore it - I may dye it black and wear it again and again! Actually no, I unfortunately did not get a deal - I saw it in a magazine - went to a trunk show at Saks - bought it right there. Shanna from OSDL, Hermin from SAKS - AMAZING. Almost as much as the dress ;) xx
"Shanna from ODLR" - my apologies for the typo to the great, indelible, Mr. de la Renta....
And more about the dress....I changed the merlot colored sash to a Vera Wang ivory belt with the softest velvet to add a subtle sheen and the flower (my favorite) - was by Carolina Herrera that I placed just on the side of my lower back...
The monogrammed hoody...how cute was that!!! That was a gift from my sister in law who is the most generous love ever - she bought the plain white set (of the softest cotton you can feel) and had her friend do the monogramming....I know - always the stuff that you want that comes with that frustrating story...and I know - I wanted to do it for all my bridesmaids....
And just lastly, we got ready at the L'Ermitage Beverly Hills - my now-husband :) got ready at our apartment around the corner - so perfect. Thanks again for all of your sweet comments - it will actually be featured in Southern Brides Magazine coming out now I think. Good luck to all us fiances, brides and wives - have all of the happiness you can imagine....
The blue-soled Louboutins are from his Bridal collection. They're your "something blue."
This is the OdlR dress w/o the deep red fascinator, right?
I had so much fun going shopping with our daughter for her wedding gown. She looked amazing in everything she tried on, but especially beautiful in the dress she chose. It gave my husband and me the utmost pleasure to give her the wedding gown of her dreams! Her shoes were equally amazing and we are extremely proud of her impeccable fashion sense.
