Any wedding that includes pink peonies and roses as gorgeous as these is a total winner in my book. Luckily the floral geniuses of Chandelabra felt the same and built a bridal bouquet that totally stole the show. Go have a peek in the gallery from Jo Ashworth Photography!

From Chandelabra Weddings and Events…Roseanne and Alex were living in Singapore and planning their wedding in Perth, Australia. It was going to be an international affair with visitors from the UK and Singapore and Roseanne’s family and friends in Perth. As her wedding planner/stylist we had lots of chats and photos shared on WhatsApp and a Pinterest board.
The ceremony was held in the beautiful old Catholic church of Saint Columba in South Perth. The picturesque church has an outlook over the Swan River with sweeping views back to the Perth city skyline. Sheltered by mature plane trees the light finish of the exterior and architecture of the church is stylish inside and out. The bridal party arrived in vintage Chevrolets and after the ceremony, while their guests were treated to champagne and hors d’oeuvres at a local hotel, they were off to the Perth Zoo to ride on the carousel horses all in the name of photos!
Afterwards, the bridal party arrived by boat to the wharf at the Boatshed Restaurant for their reception. Their guests were once again treated to views over the Perth skyline and the beautiful Swan River. The reception decor brief from the bride was to create a romantic, relaxed and glowing ambience which we achieved with lush blooms in blush and lipstick pink roses, full hydrangea blooms with a touch of whimsical foliage escaping from the vintage silver mercury glass vases and illuminated by slim candles in antique silver candelabras.
Table numbers were replaced with the names of countries and cities familiar to the guests. The seating plan was a vintage map of the world. They were entertained during dinner with moody acoustics guitar by Reilly Craig, and after dancing the night away, it was all aboard a party boat to take them through to the early hours!

If there was ever a wedding we’d vie to attend, it would easily be Meg and Franc’s. Because the celebration? Crazy chic. The setting? Undeniably beautiful. And the love? Well, you get the picture. Captured by Feather and Stone Photography and orchestrated by Cathrin D’Entremont Weddings, we’ve got every bit of the beauty waiting for you to fall in love with via The Vault

From Cathrin D’Entremont Weddings…These two meant to be together forever! A fairy tale in the making with both parents houses only steps away from each other. Their career path crossed for the first time in an operating theatre and that’s where their story began…Both had very similar upbringings. Meg’s father being a Cray fisherman, a lot of her youth revolved around the ocean and Franc grew up on an island in the Caribbean Sea.
Their work leaves very little time for anything else, never mind organizing a wedding, so I was delighted to be asked to design and plan their wedding. They both wanted to hold the ceremony at his parents’ home and then have the guests just walk a few houses down to hold the reception at her parents’ home.
Meg and Franc love soft pink colours and with Franc’s Mum being a watercolour artist she started immediately on the invitation design. They turned out to be amazing! The ceremony was set-up by the pool in the backyard immediately to be followed by champagne toasts. The guests made their way to the reception following a bag pipers music, who is a family friend.
Meg and Franc wanted a family feast style dinner with one plate being crayfish supplied by Meg’s Dad. Signature cocktails throughout the night and a caricaturist entertaining the guests. Jess, Meg’s long time friend and bridesmaid made the 3 tier naked cake. I can personally vouch that it tasted amazing.

I tend to associate red roses with cheesy Valentine’s Day bouquets and The Bachelor, but this pretty Australian day is making me rethink the flower, thanks to gorgeous florals from Blooms Of Eden. And thanks to lovely photos from Amelia Claire Fine Art Photography, you may just rethink red roses, too! Head to The Vault to see why.

From Amelia Claire Photography…After dating four years, Dave and Lydia decided to tie the knot. It was a stunning affair with the most wonderful florals designed by Blooms of Eden adding colour everywhere we looked. The beautiful sign and invitations were designed by the lovely bride herself adding such a wonderful touch and tying those exquisite colours into the theme. Lydia looked a dream in her elegant Samantha Wayne lace gown and veil.
Twelve of Dave and Lydia’s closest friends made up a wonderful and hilarious bridal party, there is no better way to spend the day- surrounded by your closest friends and family. The ceremony was held at St. Edmunds Anglican Church, a beautiful rustic old church with incredible stained glass windows and high ceilings but the real party was held at Darlington Estate where we danced the night away under the stars in the Perth hills. Darlington Estate is not a venue easily forgotten, with fairy lights draped from the ceiling and vineyards surrounding the reception room. What a stunning day to celebrate two wonderful people.
