From the Bride.. Bill proposed in the car driving from Hobart to Launceston to see Elton John in concert. There had been a mix up with the ring pick up date so he was obviously frazzled! We ended up having a great night away!
Our wedding theme was English cottage garden. I have spent alot of time in England with my family and love all the beautiful patterns and colours you see in the gardens. Our favorite moment was watching all our wonderful family and friends dance inside the beautifully lit teepee, it looked incredible! I spent a year collecting cone china dinner and side plates plus other pretty crystal/ glass dishes from antique/collectable stores around Tasmania, it was fun. The dress was not what I thought I would go for but when I tried it on I knew straight away. My earrings were made by my parents’ good friend Gillian and suited the look of the day beautifully. I love re-wearing them.
