Courtney Illfield just made my Friday. Made my weekend, really. Because this beautiful York affair she sent our way? It’s perfection. An uber-elegant, vintage meets classic gem of day seriously overflowing with perfection. And from the very first light-filled image to the very last love-filled moment, it’s the kind of affair that will fill your wedding lovin’ souls with nothing but sweet, sweet happiness. And if that isn’t the start to three days of pure bliss (I count Friday), then I don’t know what is. See it all right here.
From Courtney Illfield Photography… I was so fortunate to have photographed such a elegant and graceful wedding in the Western Australian country town of York last month. The whole day was a continuous flow of grace and style. The reception styling was made up of unique antique matching teacups and sauces at every setting, tables full of pinks flowers of all tones and perfectly shaped butter waiting to spread onto crispy bread rolls. At the ceremony the aisle in York’s cute little uniting church was lined with jars of pink daisies, and as the newlywed couple exited the church the bells rang into the countryside. Bec and Pete were so captivated by one another that I become almost invisible for the whole day when photographing them.
