When Bianca of Emerson Lane Vintage Styling + Prop Hire begin planning her engagement session with her handsome groom-to-be, she had big, big plans on her mind. Ones that included a vintage chic theme, a glorious team of New South Wales vendors (including the oh-so-talented Figtree Pictures) and a bundle of soft pastel hues. The result? Nothing short of FABULOUS, with one moment after another literally overflowing with sweet whimsical details and a whole lot of L.O.V.E. See it all here.
From Kristy of Figtree Pictures… Bianca and Dan are one of the most in love couples getting around, so when they wanted to announce their engagement and shout their love from the rooftops, it was only fitting for it to be done by a gorgeously vintage styled shoot by none other than Bianca herself. You see, Bianca is the creative mastermind behind a new boutique styling business called Emerson Lane. She pulled together a team of vendors to create a perfect and romantic setting on the banks of the Tumbulgum River in Northern New South Wales. The old historic trees on along the river were wrapped in lace and carefully-sourced vintage fabric. There were French provincial white dressers scattered in amongst the shady areas, covered in crystal and china vases, single stem roses and delicious pastel-coloured desserts. Bianca’s dress was handmade from silk, and the floral bouquet was adorned with jewels and lace and matched perfectly with all of the elements of the day. Bianca and Dan couldn’t take their eyes of each other all day. This was the perfect setting for them to declare their love and announce to family and friends that they are officially engaged to be married!
