Well this sweet as can be film by Bernard Lau Films can be your daily dose prescribed by SMP. It’ll most definitely leave a smile on your face – so take a litte time to get lost today, it’s so worth it.
From Bernard Lau Films…Maraleen & Van’s Wedding were full of detail and touches from the heart.
The morning started with the groom preparing a surprise for his bride, the doting husband-to-be decorated the newly-wed’s bedroom and bookshelf, with photos beautifully fastened on with adorable miniature pegs on a clothing line. On the bed, hand-made pink and white pompoms of various sizes were immaculately arranged on the sheets.
With the bridal preparations, Maraleen had a beautiful strapless Wedding dress that accompanied well with her bridesmaids peach colored dresses. These dresses were all hung on custom made hangers with their names on it. But for Maraleen, it wasn’t her name but “Mrs Hour” instead. Immediately, we knew that she was looking forward to this wedding more than anyone else.
The bride and groom exchanged envious gifts to each other. Maraleen received a Tiffany & Co. diamond key necklace while Van, to his surprise, received a timeless Longines watch.
Their ceremony took place at Tumbling Waters Retreat, perched on the edge of a cliff with breath-taking views of the beach and ocean which served as a very fitting place indeed to mark the beginning of a new chapter in Van and Maraleen’s lives together.
Maraleen & Van created a pictorial website of their journey before their big day to share with their family and friends. You can view it here: maraleen.com. Photography by the talented groom Van, who also did the pre-wedding photo shoot you see in the Wedding film.
Needless to say, it was a wonderful and fun shoot.
