From the bride... Kelly and Matt, owners of Jane Kelly Floral, Inc. planned their own wedding in a beautiful winter landscape in Wisconsin on January, 28. They have a love for winter and brought all of the cozy winter details into their wedding day, not to mention a statement of floral. They were ecstatic to have a fresh coat of snow just a few days before their wedding which made for gorgeous portraits.

Their vision was to create an experience for all of their guests that attended the wedding. It was an evening ceremony that had fire pits, candles and lanterns lit as you approached the Chandelier Ballroom. The ceremony was held in an intimate room that had a beautiful brick fireplace that was softened with draping fabric and candles lining the aisle. The showstopper of the ceremony was their beloved pup, Lucy who happily walked down the aisle with Matt.

The evening of celebration continued with guests roasting s’mores at the outdoor fire pits and indulging in food stations that had everything from smoked salmon to roasted grape and goat cheese crostini’s. Kelly wanted the guests to feel cozy and therefore brought the grand scale of the octagonal shaped ballroom down by building drapery and floral structures for guests to be seated under. It was a subtle feel of bringing the outdoors in for an enchanted winter evening. Kelly and Matt shared their first meal as Mr. and Mrs. seated among their immediate family at the center of the room with a canopy of candles and foliage garlands overhead.
