I think we can all agree that a pastel spring wedding will never go out of style. Set in beautiful Charleston, Gabby and Pedro tied the knot with a celebration that truly embraced the season, including details like the prettiest hanging lanterns and a tablescape worth adding to your pin board. More from the lens of Dana Cubbage right this way.

Gabby and Pedro traveled from Germany, where they are currently living, to celebrate their wedding day here in Charleston earlier this spring. The day started bright and early at Lowndes Grove Plantation on the Ashley River in Charleston, where Gabby and her bridesmaids got ready with her mom and future mother-in-law. It was such a fun group of ladies and I just loved their coordinating pajamas + robes! The guys arrived later in the morning for photos before everyone headed to the church on James Island for their mid-afternoon ceremony.

The priest at Church of the Nativity gave the most beautiful homily I've ever heard as Gabby + Pedro said "I do!" in front of all of their friends + family. After the ceremony, we headed back to Lowndes Grove for more photos and to await the arrival of Gabby + Pedro's guests for cocktail hour.

The reception space was absolutely stunning with long family-style tables topped with beautiful blush florals, candles, and lanterns. As usual, the ladies of Pure Luxe Bride and Branch Design Studio made everything look AMAZING!! Gabby's mom even hand-made the LOVE sign displayed under the oak - so fun! It was seriously the perfect evening to celebrate Gabby and Pedro as the sunset on the Ashley River.
