Honestly Connie Whitlock Photography had the best vacation ever. Why? Just look at this insanely gorgeous inspiration shoot she captured while on location in Australia. I mean, talk about destination dreams! A day awash with romance and organic details, we've got it all waiting for you in The Vault!
From Connie Whitlock Photography... I recently traveled to Western Australia and had the opportunity to collaborate with some really talented people to create this beautiful seaside wedding inspiration. Being based in Colorado, I was really inspired by the beach and the rugged rocks against soft sand, a pattern which repeated across the immense shoreline. We kept the colors muted and natural, as to blend in with their surroundings. The stunning hand beading on the dress from Australian Designer Gwendolynne, stands out against the softness of the sheer layer which moved beautifully in the breeze. The delicate calligraphy and antique paper for the invitation suite created by The Little North Sea Studio really accented the organic feel of the shoot. The floral design by Katie Cooper for the bouquet, centerpiece, and aisle way focused on bringing in texture and depth. The colors of the cake from De La Rosa Cakes tied together the colors in the bouquet as well as the rocks around it. HAM Creative kept the makeup neutral in color and accented the brides features to have a sun bronzed look, and the loosely braided up-do kept the hair styled beautifully despite the breeze and mist from the waves. The ceremony benches from Heart Strings and Pretty Things were perfect for a seaside ceremony - casual yet elegant, and set the perfect tone for a barefoot affair. The sunset on the western coast cast a warm glow on everything, and really tied everything together.
