One thing I completely understand: falling in love with a wedding venue years before you are even engaged.  Especially if it's a breathtaking locale like the Tidewater Inn, a place just made for saying "I do" and dancing the night away.  Add in a fab team of vendors like Melanie BennettSeasonal Flowers and Carly Fuller Photography and you have yourself one seriously awesome wedding.  See it all here.

From Melanie Bennett... Brooke Anne and Corey were married this past September 7th, 2013 at Holy Trinity in Oxford, Maryland, and then celebrated with their reception and dinner in the Crystal Room at the Tidewater Inn in Easton, MD. In the hours between the ceremony and the reception, the newly married couple headed over to the Oxford-Bellevue Ferry to take some photographs on the docks with the talented Carly Fuller. The resulting photos were breathtaking! After taking some shots at the water's edge, they returned to the town of Easton and found several little hidden courtyards to finish the bride and groom photos.

The Tidewater Inn had long been the bride's choice to hold her wedding well before she was ever engaged. Her grandfather had once been the Controller at the hotel and her mother had grown up coming into work with him and playing in the back offices at the historic hotel. Brooke Anne had also attended her cousin's wedding as a young girl and had photos of herself dancing with her dad in the Gold Ballroom. That wedding left a big impact on the little girl who decided that she wanted to hold her own wedding at the hotel when she grew up!
