D.S.MeeBee Custom Event Design and Planning is a company that designs and creates custom weddings based on the unique qualities of the bride and groom. This shoot was designed and styled by Danielle from D.S.MeeBee. All of the wedding decor was handmade with love by Danielle. Every detail of this shoot is representative of the bride and groom in the photos. The cameos that are in the design of the shoot throughout are the bride and groom's profiles. The custom cake toppers are made to look like the bride and groom and the custom base also was made to look like the life size frame that was used as a photo prop. The bouquet was made with fabric petals, vintage buttons, and broaches. The pink petals were made from the hems of the bridesmaids dress and the white petals were made from scraps from the bride's mother's wedding dress. The bride's mother had passed away when she was 12 and it was important to her to have things that reminded her of her mother throughout her wedding. The bride's mother's wedding dress had been damaged from not being preserved correctly so Danielle from D.S.MeeBee used parts of the dress as the petals of the bouquet. The use of a hand painted peony in the menus, invitations, escort table, and signage was also in remembrance of the bride's mother who always loved peonies.
