So now that you’ve had some time to soak in all the sweetness of this couple’s stunning love shoot this morning, it’s now time to dive into their jaw-droppingly gorgeous wedding, all captured by Judy Pak of course. And when I say jaw-dropping, I mean you’ll physically have to pick it up off your desk, because this wedding is just beyond. From the stunning vistas to the gorgeous (totally in love) couple, and everything in between – there isn’t a prettier place to be this afternoon then this gallery of images.
From the Bride…A destination wedding was perfect for us- we love to travel and wanted to appreciate every minute we could with our families who travelled from all over the world to celebrate our marriage in Turks & Caicos.
We had been to Turks & Caicos once before, however neither of us had ever visited The Gansevoort before the wedding. We planned everything in good faith over email and arrived on the island to no unwelcome surprises.
The long weekend was highlighted by a bhangra flash mob at our wedding reception, an intimate portrait session on an uninhabited island in T&C, an impromptu karaoke night between both families and our guests, and the brief, yet peaceful, delicate sprinkle of rain only minutes before our wedding. While I enjoyed planning the creative details of our wedding- the customized fake tattoos, the s’mores bar at our rehearsal dinner, the playlist throughout the night- at the end of the day, it’s easy to get wrapped up in the perfect everything, but still, the most impactful memory from the wedding was the energy and excitement from our friends and family, which we will always remember.
