It’s been awhile since we’ve rubbed elbows with a DIY project but this one promises to make up for the wait. Meet the Fringe Backdrop masterminded by Your Cloud Parade + Typologie and Co. Not only is it crazy cute and works perfectly as a cake backdrop, but can be used for so many fun display ideas for your wedding. We’re envisioning a fab photo booth or a backdrop for the head table.  And it gets extra special bonus points for being really easy to make. Materials

Plywood
Tissue Paper
Glue
Scissors


Step-1Fold tissue paper in half and cut down the middle fold

Step-2Fringe tissue paper leaving approximately 2 inches from the top of each sheet.

Step-3Apply glue to the top of each sheet of tissue paper and glue tissue paper to the top of the plywood.

Step-4Continue all the way down  until you’ve filled the plywood board!
