DIY has come such a long, lovely way. Don’t you agree? Brides (and their families) just keep getting craftier and we get to reap the stylish rewards through weddings like this one captured beautifully by Hales Studio. Weddings where, if you didn’t tell us it was DIY, we would have absolutely no idea – because each detail tucked in this gallery is just as gorgeous as it gets. See it all here.
From Rebecca at Hales Studio… The couple lives in Brooklyn but got married in Connecticut. This was a very traditional Jewish wedding. Sarah, the bride, designed everything including her wedding dress, (from Modern Trousseau) table decorations, huppah, and invitations. The mother of the bride assisted as she is a professional artist and has been making ketubahs, huppahs, and wedding invitations since her wedding in 1984.
