The ground begins to harden with winters kiss. The deepest purples, plums and mauve hues gathered into a floral bouquet of organic quality, unpredictable and perfect. Perfumes blended with the most natural Essence of Bergamot, Oakmoss, Ylang Ylang, Geranium… in vintage bottles for safe keeping. scent, like a strong wind, triggers our deepest memories. Rare and semiprecious stones adorn us. Minerals from the crystal castle. Embellished papers with whimsical text transport us into Delphine & Elizabeth’s story… an invitation to walk, dressed in our wedding best as they begin this exquisite chapter.
Inspiration: Karl Lagerfeld’s rock crystal story for Chanel’s Autumn/Winter 2012 collection, English gardens & crystal caves, the sound of Wilco’s song “You and I” playing over and over, and the smell of honey and spice with an evocatively menacing trace of black tea.
