From the Bride... More than anything, I wanted to plan a great party for our family that had traveled so far to be there with us, and our friends that we loved so dearly. Growing up in Idaho, getting married on a farm, in San Diego no less, was a no brainer when I found the location through my wedding planners. With the perfect backdrop, the fun details started to unfold.
We brought in an amazing DJ/Singer from Arizona that sang a set during cocktail hour while dancing around the pool. He was unbelievably entertaining. Dinner was then served poolside around sunset which made for a gorgeous view with our hung lights reflecting off the water. We chose to hire food trucks, one for cocktail hour and dinner, the other for dessert, for our catering. Hands down one of my favorite parts of the wedding. It absolutely blew all of our guests away, and the food was amazing! People are still talking about it.
In addition to wanting to throw a great party, my dress was also a huge part of my wedding dream come true. I was fortunate enough to find an amazing team out of Scottsdale that helped me design and construct the perfect dress that was one of a kind and so ME! All the small little details (pleated tulle, polka dot tulle, feathering) made my dress an absolute dream to wear. I kept it a huge secret from everyone, including my bridesmaids, which made it that much more fun on my wedding day to debut. I didn't want to take it off!
The day was perfect in every way!
