If this wedding has taught us anything, it’s given us a lesson on matches made in heaven. From Lasting Impressions… Erica and Ben were married on September 1, 2012  at the newly remodeled Weisman Museum in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The wedding for about 100 guests consisted mainly of out of town guests; so it was not only a fun weekend of events, it was nice to get to showcase some of Minnesota’s finest locations (and skylines!). Erica and Ben served a completely vegan menu that was prepared perfectly by D’Amico Catering and the vegan wedding cake prepared by Cakes by Jan. We had a lot of personal touches including “Jigger” favors with Erica and Ben’s favorite Margarita recipe attached, wines specially selected and shipped in by the bride’s parents who live in California and a stationery design that “branded the wedding”.
