From the Bride… Steve and I met a few years before we started dating and from that moment on I couldn’t forget his sweet nature, smile and translucent blue, green eyes. I was smitten. So when we happened to bump into each other a few years later, we made sure to stay in touch. He’s my biggest fan and I his. I wanted our wedding to reflect our carefree attitude and genuine love for each other.

We were married at the church we both attended as kids and our reception was held at a beautiful restaurant in the Central West End of St. Louis, The Wild Flower. I wanted an intimate, romantic feel for our reception, a place you could keep coming back to if you wanted.

I was blessed with awesome vendors that made each decision that much easier. Our photographer, Michelle Huesgen of Untamed Heart Photography was my wedding guru and now my friend. Her talent is obvious through her photographs but her sweet and full of life personality was such a wonderful surprise. Our engagement and wedding photos were more beautiful than we imagined. We are so blessed to have these images to remind us of how wonderful that day was.
