A southern soiree by A Southern Soiree is the perfect recipe for a morning spent in pure wedding-loving bliss. And I honestly can’t think of a better way to kick off the first moments of your morning than swimming in these gorgeous images from Robin Lin Photography. They just happen to be filled to the brim with lovely – from the intimate setting at the North Carolina Botanical Garden to the fabulous blooms from Tre Bella Flowers and every pretty thing in between – it’s safe to say this set of nuptials is a morning saver for sure. From A Southern Soiree… Caroline and John’s intimate summer wedding took place at one of my favorite locations in Chapel Hill: The North Carolina Botanical Garden. This setting was absolutely perfect for this couple! The ceremony was held outside among the beautiful gardens, and the reception took place in the event space located in the gardens. As the sun started to set, officiant Mike Cleckler, the maid of honor’s father, tied the knot for the couple under a beautiful arbor decorated with a few roses from the bride’s parents’ backyard. One of the groomsmen also played the guitar for both the processional and recessional, which was very special to both the bride and groom. And I must add that the bride looked stunning in her beautiful, long veil and her stunning dress!

You could feel just how much this couple was loved! The reception was completely transformed into a GORGEOUS space! The room was draped with elegant fabric and lighting, fabulous linens, table numbers crafted by the bride herself, as well as lovely centerpieces to tie the entire look together! The couple and their guests danced the night away, but one of my favorite moments of the evening was catching Caroline’s father on the dance floor! The couple ended the night with a fantastic sparkler exit and left in style in a charming vintage car, which made a perfect ending to a perfect night!
