Administrative Assistant
We are on the hunt for an Administrative Assistant to work alongside our Direct Ad Sales team. This person will be responsible for sponsored post organization, scheduling banner ads and sales calendars as well as other support tasks as needed. Prior experience in assisting sales reps is highly regarded and organization is key! This role requires an upbeat, positive personality with GREAT phone and email etiquette as there will be regular correspondence with advertisers and editors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Sponsored Post Organization
-liaison between client, editors and sales team for all sponsored content
-scheduling and maintaining sponsored editorial calendar
-assisting with draft and revisions prior to post going live

Banner Ads
-uploading creative and scheduling campaigns
-pulling stats for upcoming renewals
-scheduling and maintaining banner launch calendar

Misc. Support
-tracking revenue per advertising opportunity
-reviewing invoices and billing follow up with clients
-lead generation and vetting

Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to help support our Little Black Book members. This person would assist members and editors in developing creative, style savvy features for SMP. An eye for design and composition is key, as is a friendly, outgoing personality. Problem-solving, excellent customer care and communication with vendors will be a large part of this position. This person will support our LBB members and generate focused content for our Blogs. Strong writing and curation skills are very important, and a knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus. If you think you fit the role, we would love to hear from you!
