Classic Weddings
When this gorgeous bride set out to plan her wedding she knew exactly what she wanted-a good mix of western and Chinese styles, and after looking at all the pretty images from Chelsea Patricia, we'd say she got all that and then some! This festive wedding has us grinning ear to ear with it's bold pops of red and dark blue. And that's not all for this lucky bride, she and her groom are on their way to China for two more receptions! See each and every beautiful detail here.

From the Groom... My most memorable wedding moment was the ceremony candle not staying lit. And the next day finding out the photographer ended up being the behind-the-scenes person who made everything run smoothly. I wasn't expecting that.

From the Bride... The most memorable moment for me when I tried to toss my bouquet. I had a toss bouquet that was much lighter than my ceremony bouquet, so I couldn't throw it far at all.

I wanted a good mix of western and Chinese styles. I had been looking at all kinds of dresses. Finally I found one on one of the celebrities from China, which was just what I wanted — a classy western style with some Chinese, red-colored details. So my mom ordered one for me from China and brought it to the US for our wedding. Our color scheme was red and dark blue because those are my favorite colors. Later we realized they are the American flag colors. :) We loved our candy bags! Just like the dress, our married life and personalities are a good mix of western and Chinese. Up next in our lives, we are going to China for another two receptions! My advice for other brides would be to hire Chelsea Patricia, throw a good after party, and make sure the bouquet you are gonna toss has enough weight!
