One look at this wedding by Diana Elizabeth Photography and I knew I was a goner. There was no hope for me to turn away because it was love at first sight of this Bride’s gorgeous top knot (which happens to be her signature do) and her layers and layers of ruffled Vera Wang perfection. From Diana Elizabeth Photography… The bride wanted a top bun in her Vera Wang dress, then red lips for the reception. The groom sported his great grandfather’s cufflinks and tie clip. The whole wedding had close attention to what mattered the most: family.  Two brothers and a sister made up the wedding party, the mothers signed the marriage license, and this 63 person wedding event was everything sweet, lovely and perfect. From the Bride… Our wedding was a dream come true. When we first started planning I said, “Maybe I’ll wear a bun,” and Trevor’s response was “I couldn’t imagine marrying you any other way.” The whole planning process was so much fun for us, very easy going and exciting! Our families were helping and involved the entire time; Trevor’s dad marrying us was the most unforgettable part of the whole day. We met all the right people along the way, and they helped us create the classic and romantic wedding we dreamed about. From the beginning the most important things we wanted on the wedding day was family and for everyone to enjoy themselves. I definitely had the “this is my dress” moment; I knew the Vera Wang Diana was the one for me right when I looked in the mirror! Of course, the best accessory was an elegant version of my signature topknot. The color scheme was neutral and romantic. The entire day felt so intimate with our family and closest friends.
