Does this couple look familiar perhaps? They just so happen to be the duo from our last post (remember that Playa del Carmen beauty) and now we get to take a good long peak at their Los Angeles reception. Where their Mexico wedding met the sand, this dreamy reception meets the glam all at the hands of Amber Events along with florals and feathers galore by Butterfly Floral & Event Design. It’s jazz-era sophistication with a dash of wedding bliss all captured by Caroline Tran. See so much more from the day right here.

From Amber Events… The Los Angeles reception was held at the historic Bel Air Bay Club in the Pacific Palisades. As guests drove up to valet, they stepped onto a red carpet and walked past a 1927 Packard parked out front. They proceeded into the cocktail hour, where they were met with bellinis and appetizers and the sounds of an accordion and violinist. Once the 140 guests were seated for dinner, a seven-minute video was shown of their Mexican wedding, and after the video, Mark and Jessica were introduced as husband and wife. The vintage-style band Carte Blanche sang songs in French, Spanish, Italian and English until it was time to turn the evening over to a DJ and yet again, Mark, Jessica and their friends tore it up. Both events were truly magical and overflowing with love. It was such an honor to work with this special couple!
