Style Me Pretty loves weddings. I’m sure this is no surprise. We love, love, lovelovelove weddings. But when a engagement shoot lands in our laps, and just so happens to be styled to the nines by Shayla Hawkins Events, we break out the swooning fits we so often reserve for the prettiest of sweet matrimonies. Captured by Craig Photography, this beautiful couple put a smile on my face, and I had to pass it along to my lovely LBBers. So we can smile the day away in the gallery together!

From Craig Photography … This is Rachel & Dan, a couple of ours getting married in May this year. The style they chose for their wedding is vintage-chic so they wanted a more rustic spin on their E-Session. The session took place at a gorgeous location in the country close to Pittsburgh at the Succop Conservancy. Lots of country yumminess there.
There were three different set designs created by Shayla Hawkins and her team from Shayla Hawkins Events. Their style is more modern so she was looking forward to getting out of her comfort zone. She did an amazing job! to help set the look and that added to the structures and land made it all come together wonderfully.
Rachel and Dan have amazing chemistry and I knew instantly their smiles were going to make our job easy for the day. Both have sort of Anthropologie style and since I’m addicted to Anthro I was certainly in my element. It was a beautiful day, rare right now in Pittsburgh. Sun, blue skies and comfy temps. We had a blast!
