There is something so perfect about the size of the bridal party in this wedding. I’m usually one for just a few attendants, but when the ladies are pretty in cowboy boots, the flower girls sweet in white cotton, and the men dashing in their formalwear, I can’t help but smile. I can’t quite put my finger on why it feels so intimate, but I can put my fingers all over the charm factor, courtesy of Beehive Events. I love it. Jen Fariello Photography proved to us yet again she has the best job on the planet – because she photographs affairs just like this, all the time.

More of this adorable couple thanks to Kirby Martin? Yes please!

I am so blessed – people say “your wedding day should be the best day of your life” and mine was! My husband Bo and I got married on his family’s farm in front of 300 of our closest family and friends. Family was a huge part of our day as he is one of six kids and I am one of four. They were all a part of the wedding: from his 14 nieces and nephews to my brother (also named Bo!) walking me down the aisle. The day was full of excitement and appreciation for the people who have loved us the most. We wanted it to be a relaxed, fun, inviting wedding but most importantly for people to clearly see Christ glorified, as He is the center of our relationship.

Bo and I designed most of the details ourselves, from the menu of jalapeno poppers, cupcakes and our late night snack of friend chicken and waffles, to having neon glow sticks as our departing toss, to even having Bo’s step dad perform on the band’s break. Bo and his cousin even hand made the wooden cross altar and his fourteen year-old niece baked the grooms cake (Funfetti with cream cheese icing) and it was a huge hit! We loved throwing our personality into the small things and making this wedding unique to us!

While it is so fun to recount the details and I absolutely loved planning it, in the end our faith, family and friends are what made this the best day of our lives!
