I’m a girl’s girl. The kind that loves pink and peonies and all things ruffled. So when I saw this next beauty, I blushed and swooned and did all of those girly things I do when I see something I really love. This wedding is California chic with Audrey Hepburn style. It’s classic and timeless and yet warm, cozy and full of that laidback elegance we’ve grown to adore on SMP. From Erin + Courtney of Erin Hearts Court… Christina and Jason chose the beautiful Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara for their wedding after falling in love with the spectacular ocean views.  After having a traditional Catholic mass the Friday prior, they held a second ceremony for all their guests on a lawn facing the ocean. Guests threw sweet blush and ivory-colored confetti on the couple as they walked down the aisle. After the ceremony, all were invited to cocktails on the terrace and then dinner and dancing in the ballroom. White-washed rustic windows sat atop a vintage dresser and showed the guests names and table assignments in white.

Christina chose rustic wooden tables for guest seating and had custom amazing lace runners created to span down the 32′ long tables. Every chair had a swag of burlap down the back, and dinner menus wrapped in alternating yellow and pink bakers’ twine sat atop gray menus placed on silver rimmed chargers. The bride worked closely with Holly Flora to create the amazing, lush floral arrangements in hues of blush, light pink, ivory and sage green and purchased numerous beautiful pink etched glass candles from Anthropologie to complete the look.

Christina hand-crafted the full dessert bar, complete with pink and white donuts, candies, silhouette cookies of the bride and groom, macaroons and a bunch of other amazing treats!
