This is a tale of a Bride in her beautiful Vera Wang marrying her love. It’s also a tale of a jaw-dropping modern affair where pitch-perfect styling by Details Details and gorgeous, structured florals by JL Designs meet the camera prowess of  Jan Garcia Photography. All in all it’s a tale of gorgeousness; each image unveiling more and more of those chic city details we can’t seem to get enough of. Good thing there’s a WHOLE gallery to get lost in.

From Jeannie of Details Details Natasha and Fred, living thousands of miles apart in China and New York, respectively, planned a destination wedding in Los Angeles. You have to have a fun, easy-going personality to pull off long-distance anything, and Natasha was all that. One of the sweetest, sincerest people I have met, with a generous heart who trusted all those she met. She gave Carissa and me great freedom to create a modern, crisp, chic rooftop wedding.  Natasha swooned over the gray pumpkins! And how fitting for an October wedding — they were in season just weeks before her date. Table tops featured light gray and white chain link-patterned runners with ceramic white vases, cream and white flowers, gray succulents, fuzzy dusty miller leaves and pops of eggplant callas and burgundy dahlias. A letterpress invitation on cotton paper was created by Nichelle from Details A La Carte, who went bananas over the type face and off-center layout. “Eat, Drink and Be Married” menu cards adorned each place setting with chocolate truffles and succulent accents. The best gift was that Natasha’s sister made their wedding cake and cupcake desserts.
