Abbotsford Engagement by Justine Russo Photography
January 4, 2012
It's no secret that I love a good engagement shoot, but I just swoon over a snow-filled session. There is just something so romantic about snuggling up on a snowy day with your partner in crime, and when Justine Russo is there to capture it all - you are left with image after image of prettiness. So cozy on up, and remember you can see it all for yourself in the full gallery of images!

From the Bride to Be...Jake came and picked me up and drove us out to Vancouver. We ended up in this sketchy underground parking lot and I had no idea where we were. We went into this rickety elevator, which took us into a lobby. (By the way I am terrified of elevators, and Jake knowing this thought well what better thing to do then to propose in an elevator). There weren’t any signs to say where we were so I was still clueless. As we walked down the hallway I saw a sign that said “elevators to revolving restaurant.” My heart skipped a beat and everything from that moment on kind of became a blur. We got into the glass elevator, and as soon as we were looking over all of Vancouver, Jake took my hands and said all of these beautiful words (which now either of us don’t really remember) and then got down on one knee and said “will you marry me?” and of course I said YES!!!! And then he put on this beautiful ring, and then we got a case of the giggles. Throughout our whole dinner, and the rest of the evening we couldn’t stop laughing.

From Justine Russo Photography...Anna and Jakub are the most fun couple I have ever got the opportunity to work with! They were up for anything....sitting in the snow, lying in the snow and throwing snow up in the air! We took the photos at Anna's parents property in rural Abbotsford. They have a gorgeous 10 acres of farm and we just wandered around chatting about their wedding! I think I laughed more than I did take pictures! I love these two and can't wait for their wedding, this upcoming July 14, 2012!
