One of the best things about my job is the virtual vacation I get to go on every day when I log in. And not only do I get to visit places all around the world, but I get to seem them in the prettiest way imaginable – by wedding. I’ve been to locales I’ve never thought I’d go – and I’ve added new spots to my never ending vacation bucket list. My favorite is when I am transported into an absolutely phenomenal wedding taking place in a land of which I have never spent much time thinking about, and I fall in love. This wedding, like all the weddings Details Weddings & Events sends our way, has had me itching to travel just one state east to Arkansas. The fabulous affair, captured wonderfully by The Hudsons Modern Photography, has me dreaming of a nice long stay in the Natural State. If the rest of it is as gorgeous as this bride and her beautiful wedding, I’m in for a treat. Click here for more!

From our first meeting with Lanye, I knew her wedding was going to ooze Southern Elegance. Her taste in everything from colors to florals was gorgeous and her choices made a truly beautiful wedding come to life. The Inn at Carnall Hall is the perfect choice for a quaint southern soiree as it’s historic pink brick and white columns provide the perfect backdrop for any event.
Lanye and Vance chose Memorial Day weekend to tie the knot, which was perfect as it closely followed Vance’s graduation from West Point.
Lanye decided to have her ceremony in the round under a dazzling hanging chandelier. From the ceremony, guests moved inside to experience the amazing food from Ella’s, Carnall Hall’s top rated restaurant. The evening ended with family and friends dancing the night away.
