Toronto Wedding by Mango Studios

I need a whole new list of adjectives to describe this amazing Toronto soiree, because the old ones, well, they’re just not cutting it.  Not when the wedding is as insanely gorgeous as this one, plus a literal garden paradise overflowing with the prettiest of blooms by Wild Thyme, peaches as escort cards and homemade jam favors.  And, oh, that tent.  That wonderful, beautiful, fabulous tent… Yes, I think an “it had me at hello” is in order here.  Mango Studios was on hand to capture each and every brilliant moment of this organic wedding wonderland, so there’s an entire gallery just waiting to be adored… And you definitely don’t have to ask me twice.  Join me there for even more!

From the Bride… For our wedding, I wanted a venue that was in the city but felt like the country and when we found the Miller Lash House, I knew it was perfect!  Our theme of Elegant Farmer’s Market was a wonderful compliment to the gorgeous setting.  My dad and uncle built and hand painted chalkboards that were used throughout the venue to give that farmer’s market feel.  We also used hessian runners on our tables to make it a little less formal.  Our amazing florist did a simple birch chuppah and incorporated cherries and seasonal fruits into our centerpieces and table decorations.  The most intense work came from our handmade wedding favors!  We made jars of sweet-onion relish, tomato jam and honey mustard for all of our guests. The day of the wedding, the weather was cloudy but the sun came out just as we started the ceremony!  It was casual but sophisticated and the whole vibe was incredibly fun and loving.  It was the most wonderful day and a perfect start to our life together.

My reception is in a similar venue. I'd love to know what size tables and the width of the runners. Love the look!

I am in love with the "Elegant Farmer's Market" theme. Everything looks so comforting and the cherries on the napkins is too cute! Looks like an absolutely wonderful day, congratulations!

Based on how gorgeous the tent is--I would give anything to see a picture of the Chuppah! I love the Elegant Farmer's Market theme. Such great attention to the small details like the cherries at the tables! Another SMP great wedding find.

I was at this wedding, and hard to believe...it was even more beautiful in person! The couple really took full advantage of the venue's natural beauty by incorporating several warm and natural elements into the decor (fresh fruit in the centrepieces, burlap table runners, etc.). The bride was simply stunning and the food and drink, most enjoyable. This was truly a wedding to remember!
