Chestertown Wedding by Aaron Snow Photography

Aaron Snow is one of those photographers that I just can’t seem to get enough of. His images are always beautiful, thats a given, but it’s the emotion behind each photograph that really strikes a cord. And man oh man can he capture a great moment (or a billion). Connect The Dots Events is also at the top of my favorites list. Not only did they design and style one heck of a wedding day shindig but they also designed a rehearsal dinner that puts my own wedding to shame. Stop by the gallery for loads more from this Maryland beauty and all the rehearsal dinner snapshots you could dream of.

From the Bride…I made the mistake of checking the weather about three hours before our ceremony – scheduled to take place outside, next to the Chester River – and was horrified to find that there was an 80% chance of thunderstorms.  As I began to picture our chuppah flying into the river, my dress covered in mud, and our entire wedding day in ruins, Sara England Cunningham, our genius wedding planner, reassured me that it would not rain; she would see to it.  Just like everything else about our wedding, Sara fixed the problem.  Our ceremony went off without a hitch, not a cloud in the sky (it only began raining once we were all under the tent, partying the night away, and having too much fun to even notice).  From the table settings to the placement of name cards, from coordinating with every vendor to becoming a friend and confidant, she made sure that our day was carefree and just, perfect.

While Sara built the day, Aaron Snow, our amazing photographer, captured each moment with care and discretion.  He managed to catch every important moment of the night, and looking at the photos, we got to see everything we missed – it was as if he froze the day and photographed every guest at different points throughout the night.  Beyond the guests, Aaron got beautiful shots of the delicious food – BBQ and delicious backyard picnic sides – the rockin’ band, our beautiful ketubah, and Brittland Manor. Thanks to Aaron and Sara we’ll be able to look back and always remember what an amazing weekend we shared with our closest friends and family.

Lovely wedding on water. From the table settings to the invites, the color of the bridesmaid's dresses, and the easy-going flowers, the details of this wedding are all in tune with each other and the location. Super.
