Oh. My. Goodness. This wedding is amazing. I've been speechless since the moment I laid my eyes on the very first stunning image by The Connellys and I'm still trying to find the right words to describe the gorgeousness that is this lovely Charleston affair. And with one fabulous detail after another designed by Southern Protocol, I might not be talking for days. For starters, have you ever seen a more beautiful ceremony location? I. Am. Obsessed. Add to the breathtaking location a gorgeous blue and pink color palette, an amazing lace gown and beautiful blooms by Stems and I think this just might be the perfect Southern soiree. From Southern Protocol... Jessica wanted something a little preppy, a little bit " vintage garden party" but something that would be completely timeless. She loves mint julep cups (as do I) so we actually had the bridesmaids hold mint julep cups with the bouquets in them, it was different but a really charming touch. We were then able to reuse them on the tables.
Jess also loves bumble bees and we used them on her invitations, the program and even the cake! It was precious! Her mom passed away and we had a lovely tribute to her in the program.
From the Bride... My favorite moment was the moment Bryan and I joined hands and exchanged our vows. In that moment, time stood still and it felt like it was just the two of us up there and the sun just seemed to shine brighter knowing we were now husband and wife!
