Oh my goodness. I absolutely, positively capital ADORE this wedding. There are SO many fabulous details, all captured brilliantly by Altura Studio, and I love every. single. one. The seriously cute as a button bride took her inspiration from one our favorite stores – Anthropologie – and the result was even better that what I could have imagined. I honestly can’t even pick out one, three, five favorite details to focus on. So why don’t you take it all in, and then meet me in the gallery for the rest. Where we will gush for hours.

From Altura Studio … A quirky collection of handmade details separated this wedding from others we’ve photographed before. Besides being the two most charming individuals on the planet, Matt and Mallory have a great sense of fun and playfulness that they brought to their lovely wedding celebration on June 11 of this year.
Crazily, it rained the day before and it rained the day after. And since this is Oregon, no day is safe from drizzle, so I consider it incredible luck, or fate, or determination that held off showers for this special day. Vivid folded-flowers festooned the wedding pergola, in shades of yellow, orange and red. Directly across the color wheel lay the foundation of the bridesmaid’s palettes. Purple, violet and cobalt dresses were striking against bouquets of apricot, salmon and yellow. All the details were delightfully lovely, lovingly personal.
The bride herself made several of the creative touches: charming flag bunting fashioned from vintage fabric as well as a large banner of handmade letters spelling out “eat, drink and be married” which hung across the main reception tent.
After the wedding, which featured readings by both mothers, the guests walked the country road from the main house to the reception lawn. At the conclusion of cocktails on the lush green lawn, guests were served a family style meal at long tables which encouraged friendly conversation. And as night fell, spirits were raised and dancing music floated through the quiet countryside.

The cake toppers are adorable. Where are they from?
Hi Liza, I'm checking on a source for those adorable cake toppers for you. Hang tight!
I'd love to know where the beautiful dress was from, as well!
Your dress is gorgeous! How made it?
Hi Veronica & Courtney! I'm checking on the dress designer for you!
Hello, Theresa from Altura here. I just heard from Mallory.
Mallory says, "Regarding the dress and bolero, they're both by Paloma Blanca. it was double awesome because i ordered them together so they were cut from the same bolt of dupioni silk and matched perfectly.
the cake toppers were by Etsy seller ReadyGo and the figures are totally customizable. i loved how they turned out!"
Thanks for the info Theresa!
Where is the sash from? It's beautiful!
Hi Angela, I believe the sash is also from Paloma Blanca, but I'm double checking with Mallory the bride!
