Oh be still my glamour loving heart. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a more gorgeous backdrop for a wedding. But all palm trees and cobblestone laden streets aside, the details of this affair are what really shine through in each and every breathtaking image by Kristen Marie Photography. That and the insanely beautiful bride and groom. I’m just going to go ahead and vote them best dressed of 2011 as well as most likely to have the cutest offspring. The tuxedos, the baby’s breath, the old romantic architecture, the stunning dress…we’re dying over every second of it and you, my friends, can see it all here!

From Kristen Marie Photography…Camillie and Blake were married in Camillie’s hometown of San Juan, Puerto Rico at El Convento Hotel in the heart of old San Juan. Bridesmaids wore peach floor length dresses and the groom and groomsmen wore black tuxes. Blake and Camillie wanted a sophisticated, romantic day to be shared with friends both in town and out of, and opted to have the ceremony held in the courtyard of the hotel and reception in the grand hall. Many small details with roses, peonies, hydrangeas, silver candle holders and baby’s breath adorned the tables and guests enjoyed salmon, chicken and great drinks. A band came in shortly after 10pm to surprise Blake and guests were given maracas to join in.

Yes, the setting is absolutely amazing. And I must chime in with those above and add that those are the greatest wedding shoes ever.
You really can't go wrong with a classic tux and hand-tied dickie. Great stuff!
Incredible! I'm going to San Juan in March and may be staying at the El Convento - so excited to see this post and these gorgeous photos. Congratulations to the bride and groom.
I love this wedding, especially since my fiance proposed to me in San Juan! Gorgeous, beautiful, stunning!
Beautiful wedding! Any ideas who planned the event? I am considering San Juan for my 2012 wedding.
It's so nice to see a local colleague of mine producing such amazing work. Beautiful capture.
