From Catherine Cindy Leo Weddings… Cecilia and Young wanted to make sure their wedding guests would feel the love of their relationship surrounded them by creating an inviting, warm and sophisticated space for the ceremony and reception. Their wedding ceremony took place at the First Congregational Church in Los Angeles. The church was beautifully lit in purple and white lighting that made the World’s Biggest Church Organ even more dramatic than ever. Cecilia and Young chose white, and the soft tones of celadon green and pink to use within their wedding, so white floral for the church and reception were a must. They used a green dahlia graphic throughout the wedding for consistency. The couple enlisted their close friend to help create the paper goods and handle the letterpress, while the bride’s amazing and talented bridesmaids created the most beautiful details for the reception as a surprise for the bride. Details filled the wedding from their large, round pink balloons for couple photos, dozens of green balloons for the guest’s photos, monogram initials for the grand staircase and a LOVE sign made completely of pink carnations, lemon leaves and green hydrangea.
