These Northern California nuptials are all kinds of fabulous and I am seriously awe-struck at how absolutely beautiful every single detail is. Designed by the geniuses at Charmed Events Group, LLC, this wedding is an instructional course on traditional elegance done oh-so-right. From the gorgeous florals from Nancy Liu Chin Designs to the ah-mazing images by Geoff White Photographers, it’s filled to the brim with pretty. And the stunning bride, who wore not one, not two, but three incredibly gorgeous gowns? Yep, she rocks. You don’t want to miss a single image, so join me in the gallery for all of the pretty!

From Charmed Events Group, LLC … Kai and Doug had visions of a classic and elegant wedding at the Ritz Carlton, Half Moon Bay in Northern California that paid ode to their love for nature and country classic elements. We built the entire wedding theme around the couple’s love for taking walks together, leaves and their love for elegant simplicity.
Kai and Doug met at their home church, River of Life Christian Church, and since their faith is very important to them, it was only fitting that we used their church for their wedding ceremony. Upon arrival to the church, the Bride and Groom did a “First Look” with their wonderful photographer from Geoff White Photographers. For the ceremony, Nancy Liu Chin Designs and team did a fantastic job of transforming the space by having vases with floating candles and petals lining the aisle and having the most fabulous arrangements flanking the stage. Custom Programs were created for guests to follow the program, view the worship songs and read on with the featured scripture.
After the ceremony, guests made the trip to the Ritz Carlton, Half Moon Bay where they enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres prior to the reception. We had a magnificent escort table that featured a phalaenopsis orchid tree with all of the escort cards surrounding it. We also placed a seating chart next to the table to help guests find their seats. Custom Hors d’oeuvres signs were also placed throughout the cocktail area. The Reception was held in the Ritz Carlton’s Main Ballroom and boy was it a beauty! Amber lights illuminated the room as guests were ushered into the gorgeous room. Table Names were named after flowers or trees that were used in the wedding. We further added a personalized touch by putting the meaning of the flower and the flower origin on each table card to add sentiment and the guests really loved that detailing. Elegance was the name of the game for the reception as we had a mix of round and Kings Tables set up in the room with custom menus and candles everywhere to greet the guests. Guests were served a five course dinner followed by drinks and dancing at the end. The evening was flawless and guests oohed and ahhed as the Bride changed three times into a dress more gorgeous than the previous and one of the highlights of the evening was definitely when the Groom’s Family (all from Brazil) serenaded the newlyweds with a family Brazilian Song. The Groom also serenaded the Bride with a guitar solo that had a Spanish twist to it.
