It’s been quite the pretty day here at SMP if I do say so myself! And we saved this Fresno stunner by Megan Welker Photography for last because it’s just so…well, pretty! It’s romantic and elegant with just the right amount of craftiness and we couldn’t love it any more than we already do. See the rest here in the full gallery!

From Megan Welker Photography…Alicia and Brook were married on a perfect, whimsical, rainy day in June. Just as Alicia had hoped. They got married in the beautiful St. Johns Cathedral and then celebrated and danced the night away at The Grand 1401. Their wedding was a perfect reflection of what Alicia had dreamed of, elegant and romantic. They couldn’t use real candles since they were on the 10th floor so Alicia made the bottle centerpieces and got light bulbs that mimicked the look of a candle flame. Brook’s family made all of the brownies for the “brownie cake” since Brook isn’t a fan of cake! I love how couples are doing things to fit their own personality as opposed to what is “traditional.”

Oh those shoes!!!! And her hair!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I love her look! Great dress and hairstyle, very similar to Hilary Duff's wedding look. Beautiful!
The groom looks pretty amazing. I wish he we still on the market.
Love the brides styling...I have to have these earrings - where can I buy them?
yes I tried looking up the earrings and can't find!!! where can I buy them??!!
Wow, what a neat wedding and a great looking coupe. I would like to know the designer name of the bride's wedding dress and if the sash came with the dress or seperate? I too tried looking up the shoe's and no luck.
Hi all... thank you so much for the kind feedback. My dress is Tara Keely style 2013. I had it customized a little bit, and the sash was made by a local seamstress. My bridesmaids are wearing a smaller version of mine as well. The earrings are Tarina Tarantino the "Classic Crystal Drop Earrings," also owned and worn by Miley Cyrus! The shoes by Pour la Victoire are no longer available. The style name was Divia. Thank you Style Me Pretty for featuring my big day!
Alicia thank you for the information. You guys are such a beautiful couple.
thanks Alicia! Congratulations, your wedding was simply stunning!
ps alicia -- I am so curious when you put your hair up? Can you explain? Love the change up!
that bun is PERFECT!
What a BEAUTIFUL wedding! Getting married in October and this one is the closest one that I've seen to what I'm envisioning. LOVED every picture.
Right after my church ceremony before outdoor pictures is when the bun happened! My cousin is my hairstylist which made it easy and doable.
Alicia, I'm also from Fresno. I love your sash, do you mind telling me the name of your seamstress, so I could use her possibly? Thank you!
My seamstress is from Tulare, CA. She actually just sewed the sash... (I purchased the fabric from Joanns, crazy right?). The stone piece was purchased from Mia Bella Couture in Fresno. She just sewed the stone piece to the sash. Very simple!
So proud of my wonderfully talented cousin Megan for another beautiful wedding shoot! I'm also head over heels for that top knot...so chic!
