Backyard Philadelphia Wedding by Oh, Darling! Photography

Understated, with style for miles – that just about sums up this darling backyard fête. Heres a little secret – If you want to get my heart a’ swoonin’ there really is no faster way than an understated affair infused with the couple’s unique personalities. So you can imagine I did quite the standing ovation for this pretty Philly party by Oh, Darling! Photography. Actually, I am still standing because I am just in love with everything – from her sassy little number of a dress to their ga-ga-gorgeous garden party reception, it will all have you a’ swoonin’ too. From Oh, Darling! Photography…We spent memorial day weekend, photographing the wedding of Jane & Isaiah. We knew it would be gorgeous when we heard it was going to be in the backyard garden of her grandfather’s estate outside of Philadelphia. The family home was the perfect setting for a summer outdoor wedding, making it the most awesome decoration itself. The ceremony was held on the back lawn which was in full bloom for summer and afterwards the guests moved to the tiered back porches of the home for cocktail hour. A white tent was set up for dinner and dancing. The bride wore a short Amsale dress that complimented the groom’s custom Billy Reid suit — they were a stylish pair. Hope you enjoy!

   I love it! To me every photo says "simply perfect" (and both of those words equally) - not over the top, still beautiful, relaxed and natural and looking gorgeous.
   The flowers are fabulous and special without being a humungous big bouquet - just enough. And just right.
   Ah... I so want to get married when I read Style Me Pretty! You make it look so perfect, so easy. :-)
