Brooke Boling, photography extraordinaire, teamed up with Lauren Ledbetter for a homespun take on country nuptials. This ode to honey is filled with organic elements, perfectly crafted details and yummy baked goods galore. From Brooke Boling…Our concept was based around “American Honey.”

We LOVED all the DIY touches including the chalkboard and reclaimed wood “Spin for Your Supper” Wheel (to select your entree) and the family recipe card favors. I loved the Blue Moon Summer Honey Wheat beer and the Jack Daniel’s Honey Mint Juleps with organic wooden stirrers.

Other details included invitations marked “spread the love” with flower seed packets, the homemade chalkboard table centerpieces filled with peonies and roses, tons of amber-colored votives, a ribbon ceremony backdrop, Southern Comfort cupcakes and perhaps the best part of the whole wedding…a pie making station!
