This next wedding proves that you just can’t go wrong with classic colors and traditional touches. We’re talking gold chargers, mercury glass candlesticks, bouquet after bouquet filled with white anemones and peonies, bridesmaids in black cocktail dresses, and soft, moody lighting captured just so by Stout Photography. My inner romantic is just swooning for more! Lucky for us, we can revel in this beauty right here, right now in the gallery!

From Stout Photography: He lived in Canada. She lived in the US. They met in Europe. Their circumstances weren’t exactly ideal, logistically; but Whitney and Kyle knew they’d found something rare that simply could not be ignored. With the help of Skype, Facebook, and frequent-flyer miles, Whitney and Kyle managed to defy the odds and make a long-distance relationship not only work, but thrive. Because of their distance, a big part of Whitney and Kyle’s relationship is communication; consequently, they do that very well. After several years, Kyle was able to move to the states last month and has several job offers lined up for him once his visa is approved and final. Whitney and Kyle share an incredible admiration for one another and they have no reservations about letting that show when in front of my camera. They married at the fabulous Citizen Hotel in Downtown Sacramento. Whitney used a very simple but elegant color pallet; white black and golds and it came together beautifully. No detail was spared and the wedding was absolutely gorgeous.

What can I say? I love the Citizen Hotel such a beautiful old building redone to elegant glory!
Whitney's mom is an interior decorator so she "gets it" and trusted me to get the job done!
I love the end result.
Martha
The Citizen Hotel is just incredible! A photographers dream! I simply adore Whitney and Kyle and could not be happier for them!!
I was recently married at the Citizen Hotel too. Definitely a fabulous hotel. I love how the bride spent her money where it matters. I can't believe that's a cake from Safeway, but they make good cakes too. The flowers and table decorations are beautiful! I'm so happy for the newlywed couple.
They look so happy and that hotel looks like a great location for a wedding, guess that's why they chose it ;P
What a great still life photographer
So pretty! I love all the white!
I love your shoes! Where are they from or where can you get something similar. I am currently living in Japan and finding it hard to find something like these shoes online! Lovely wedding!
Beautiful! Where did you get the girls necklaces??
I love the veil! Where is it from?
