From Kelly Oshiro Design… The bride loved gardens, birdies and sparkle, so I came up with the idea of a glamorous midsummer night’s dream. The concept worked out perfectly as the bride’s older sister used to read her that play as a child. For details, little birdies were tucked into the flowers, green sequin linens and a palette of hot pink, purple and lavender completed the look.
The bride was from Mississippi and magnolia is their state tree. I used magnolia leaves in her bouquet and on the ceremony arbor. The bride also loved wisteria, so to mimic the look I used purple lilac tucked into the greenery to create a loose, garden-y look. For the reception, the bridal party sat at one long table, with the bride and groom siting at one end under a domed love seat. For the cake, a traditional groom’s cake was modeled after the groom’s favorite guitar. On the main wedding cake, the groom’s parents’ cake topper added a sweet heirloom detail. Moss, candles, birdcages, and tons of flowers (lilac, hydrangea, viburnum, roses, ranunculus) decorated the reception.

Oh my goodness what a beautiful wedding! I love the colors and the table arrangements are beautiful. Where did you get the gorgeous lanterns/cages on the table? I LOVE them! Congratulations to you!

Any idea where she got her shoes? They are adorable!!
Her shoes were Kate Spade and fabulous!

As perfect as ever Kelly, Love it!
the colours!!!!!
I couldn't think of a better way to have a midsummer wedding. Stunning.
LOVE the tablecloths and birdcages... stunning!
Can you tell me how those name card boxes were made?
love the sparkle!
Gorgeous!!!! The birdcages are so pretty! Great job!
Those tablescapes are GORGEOUS!!!!
I adore the sparkle and shimmer of the tables. I'm fairly certain the main cloth is La Tavola's New York Chartreuse, but I'm almost positive there is an overlay on all but the ends--any idea what it is? Thank you kindly!! :)
I love the ceremony space, looks so pretty and the bouquet is stunning as well. The use of the birdcages in the decor looks stunning!
Kelly- Can you tell me where the freestanding shepherds' hooks were found? Purchased or rented? I am looking for the same- the photo from this wedding is my inspiration for aisle decor! Thanks.
