From Johnstone Studios … Melissa and Kevin traveled from Arizona to Lake Tahoe for their destination wedding. Melissa, a bride with a passion for all things design, created the ambiance for the day herself. Finding a supplier for her floral to be delivered upon her arrival to Lake Tahoe, a few days before the wedding, she created all the floral pieces that decorated the ceremony site of her Lake Tahoe wedding ceremony. With the Sierra Nevada as her backdrop, she and Kevin, exchanged their vows in front of their closest family and friends on the shore of Lake Tahoe at the Timber Cove Lodge and Marina in South Lake Tahoe.

From the bride … We had an intimate wedding, with 24 of our closest friends and family, who vacationed with us for the wedding weekend. We were glad to bring everyone to one of our favorite memory filled locations. Eight years ago, we met at Lake Tahoe. Kevin and I  always wanted to be married at Lake Tahoe and indeed all of our wishes came true. The ceremony couldn’t have been more perfect.

   *the shoes are Martinez valero, they did a replica of the manolos! I ordered them from nordstroms website but they were also on dsw at one time!
