From Erin Taylor, Event Designer at Bustle EventsWhen first meeting with Natalie and JD, Natalie said she wanted a fun bright wedding filled with Old Hollywood Glam and tons of details.  The venue lent itself perfectly to a wedding filled with vintage flair while still giving off an elegant feel. The ceremony and reception were both held outside at the Monte Verde Inn.  JD and Natalie exchanged their vows under a vintage chandelier nestled in the midst of enormous redwoods while their friends and family witnessed. The bridesmaids held bright purple and fuchsia bouquets while Natalie stood out with her all ivory peony bouquet. During the cocktail hour guests were encouraged to choose from vintage props and slip into the photobooth to snap pictures of their “Sherlock Holmes” self. A bright fucshia frame with seating card lead the guests to their tables and once at the table their place cards hung from the champagne glasses adorned with a chandelier crystal. The guests left with a midnight snack of locally made potato chips for the bus ride home. And for a moment can I just comment on the bride? Freakin’ gorgeous, right?
